From process analysis to reliable day-to-day operation

As an authorized DOBOT partner, we support companies from feasibility assessment and implementation through commissioning, service, and continuous improvement. We deliver, integrate, and support DOBOT Atom humanoid robots for industrial applications across the DACH region, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and practical deployment.

01.  Analysis and consulting

  • we analyze on-site processes and identify realistic deployment scenarios
  • we assess technical and business feasibility, including ROI and comparison with conventional automation
  • we select the right DOBOT Atom model, sensing, and peripheral equipment for the application
  • we prepare an implementation concept with scope, timeline, budget, and key milestones

02.  Simulation and virtual training (optional)

  • as a PK Industrie service, we create a digital model of the workcell in NVIDIA Isaac Sim, using the DOBOT Atom URDF models
  • we verify motion, collisions, reach, and cycle times before installation
  • we train the robot in simulation across many task variations, preparing the deployment and reducing on-site commissioning time
  • we optimize the cell layout and work strategy before any physical changes are made
  • we prepare trained models for deployment to the physical robot (sim-to-real transfer)

03.  Robot training and application configuration

  • we teach the robot specific tasks through demonstration (imitation learning) – an operator shows the task via VR/MR teleoperation, and the ROM-1 system learns to replicate and generalize it
  • if the simulation phase was completed, we deploy pre-trained models so the robot is better prepared from day one
  • we configure gripping strategies, drop-off points, trajectories, and process logic
  • we integrate the built-in cameras, Intel RealSense D455 depth sensors, 360° LiDAR, and any additional sensing as needed
  • optionally, we integrate a local AI platform, such as DESTINY, as a higher-level layer for task planning, coordination, and analytics

04.  Integration into your infrastructure

  • we connect the robot to existing systems such as MES, ERP, SCADA, or WMS
  • we handle the mechanical, electrical, network, and software integration into existing lines or workstations
  • we implement the solution in line with the customer's IT and data protection requirements
  • we coordinate interaction between the robot and other machines, stations, and production systems

05.  Safety and commissioning

  • we prepare the risk assessment and safety concept for the application
  • we define safety zones, emergency stop logic, and safe operating conditions
